Terms and Conditions


The shipments are dispatched by UPS.

Packages shipped to countries within the European Union are not obliged to contain the invoice or any other document with the value of the goods, except as expressly invoice request by the buyer.

All shipments to non-EU countries, as required by the customs procedures, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of individual items and documentation required.

DELIVERY TIME: delivers all over the world through UPS courier, with STANDARD service within the European community and EXPRESS SAVER in the rest of the world.

Estimated time for delivery from date of shipment:

USA and Canada: 1-3 working days depending on the destination

Europe: 1 business day to main destinations / 2-3 working days to the remote destinations

Latin America: 3-4 working days

Asia and Middle East: 2-3 business days

Australia and Oceania: 2-3 business days to main destinations / 4-5 working days to the remote destinations

Africa: 2-4 working days

Russian Federation: 4-5 working days

LE TORRI SRL is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure out of control of LE TORRI SRL.



The available items are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from date of order.

During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.



At the time that the order is shipped, customers receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and a link to track the shipping process.

Upon arrival of the goods, the customer have carefully inspect the package before approving the delivery. The packages sent by are packed in sealed boxes.

If for any reason the box looks tampered or if the tape is not intact, clients should sign the receipt "with reservation." In the event that the box has been signed/accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers should immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact TOWERS SRL at:

If the package is damaged, or if inside is missing part of the goods, the packaging has to be stored for further investigation by the courier.

Any claim regarding damages, losses, or misdirected delivery must be received within 10 days from the delivery date shown on the carrier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with and therefore undertake to accept delivery of your package. If the parcel is not delivered by the wrong compilation of the order model from the customer (wrong address, the recipient always absent, incorrect number of telephone, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from refund .



LE TORRI SRL guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the purchased goods are damaged during transportation or does not conform to that shown on the website. To exercise this right you must send a notice within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise (as D.Legge 21 of 21.2.2014) and send the goods within a further 15 days of that communication.

What is it about

The consumer, according to the most recent Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 185 of 22/5/1999), has the right to cancel the contract within 10 days of receipt of the goods, returning the product covered by the withdrawal to LE TORRI SRL , who will reimburse the price of the goods returned.

How it is applied

Before contacting the Customer Service LE TORRI SRL, it is appropriate have available the order number.

Send by registered A / R a communication declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, listing all data required in filling out the online order form (your order number and what products should be subject to withdrawal). This completed the customer must send it within a further 15 days.


The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • the products must be substantially intact and not used;
  • in accordance with the European law, the shipping charges and export taxes to Italy will be charged to the customer;
  • returned merchandise to its arrival at the warehouse will be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore recommends maximum attention in preparing the package, for example, using the original packaging.


How to delivery:

PAY ATTENTION: it is recommended to use a courier or other delivery method suitable to allow the tracing of the shipment. It is understood that LE TORRI SRL not reimburse the value of the goods covered by the withdrawal if not receive the goods.

  • EXCLUSION (Decreto Legislativo 22/5/1999 n.185)

There is no right of withdrawal for distance sales of goods made to measure or personalized.



In case of payment by PayPal, you will be reimbursed by crediting the PayPal account;

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will be made by crediting the account used by the counterparty;

In the case of payment by MONETA WEB or GESTPAY System customer will be reimbursed with the re-accreditation on the credit card..
